Account and registration

No. Each person may hold only one active account on oke66. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same individual, email address, phone number, or payment method, we will close all duplicate accounts and may restrict future registration. This policy protects account security and prevents fraud. If you have forgotten your password or username, use the password-recovery form on the login page rather than creating a new account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.

We require a government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card, or driver's license) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or rental agreement dated within the last three months). Upload both documents via Account Settings → Verification on mobile or desktop. Our verification team reviews submissions within 24 hours. If documents are unclear or do not match your registered name, we will request resubmission. Once verified, your account is fully activated and you can deposit and withdraw funds.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 2 to 6 hours during business hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 Jakarta time). Requests submitted on weekends or public holidays such as Idul Fitri or Idul Adha are queued and processed on the next business day. Once approved, funds are transferred to your registered payment method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank account) within 24 hours. Payments and transactions

Yes. We support deposits and withdrawals via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet through Virtual Account (VA) transfers. During deposit, select your bank and we will generate a unique VA number. Transfer the amount from your bank account to that VA; the deposit appears in your oke66 account within subject to verification. For withdrawals, provide your bank account number and we will transfer funds directly to your registered account. Bank transfers typically complete within 24 hours. We also support mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment for faster processing.

Our weekly cashback is calculated on net losses (total bets minus total winnings) across all games during the calendar week (Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 Jakarta time). Cashback is credited automatically on Monday morning and appears as a bonus balance in your account. The cashback percentage and minimum loss threshold vary by account status and are displayed in the Promotions section of the app. Cashback is subject to standard wagering requirements before withdrawal.
